Black Train
Saturday 17th May
From 6pm
Join us for an awesome night of Country Gospel Folk music at Bent on Food, these guys have recently played at Dorrigo Blues and Roots Festival.
Black Train love nothing more than sharing their passion for old time songs with the good people of this world. Based around the central figure of "Reverend" Kim Mclean, Black Train eschews modern technology in favour of instruments made of wood and wire. Like their instruments, the songs of Black Train are tried and true, drawing on a variety of influences including Woody Guthrie, the Carter Family, and the traditional music of the Appalachians.
