Bent on Food is Hosting Live Original Music on the last Sunday of every month. Kicking off the first month in August is Newcastles Not Good, Not Bad.
Not Good, Not Bad play a colourful introspective bop that will move you (emotionally & to the dance floor).

Releasing their first full length album ‘RETIRED TO THE GROUND’ in the winter of 2022. Eight tracks written & recorded in a bedroom that draw influence from the Dream Pop/Shoegaze genre.

Making use of soaring synths, dual vocals, stick-in-your-head-for-days lead lines, pounding drums and lyrics that address a wide array of themes from mental health, new beginnings and escapism, Not Good, Not Bad create a rich sonic buffet for the listener to get lost in.

With two luscious self-recorded/mixed EP’s and two singles already under their belt Not Good, Not Bad have cemented themselves as a Newcastle favourite
