This is a unique opportunity to enjoy an Award Winning Manning Valley Naturally Tomahawk Steak, paired with a tasting of local beer from Coastal Brewing in Forster and served up with some local produce, followed by a tasty seasonal dessert, if you can fit it in!

The Tomahawk is a cut of beef ribeye. This cut is making the rounds with chefs and high-end restaurants because they look different and their unique shape commands attention. And it's because of this attention that the Tomahawk has become a trendy cut of meat. 

It is not often that you will experience this cut and thanks to Wingham Beef Exports, we are serving it up during Wingham Beef Week for a limited number of guests to enjoy.
