Country to the plate
Visit food producers of the NSW mid-north coast hinterland, starting with breakfast in Wingham at Bent on Food café. Next stop is Near River, a farm growing biodynamic rhubarb, garlic and other seasonal crops, then a winery and brewery for tastings. There's a visit to Linga Longa Hereford Farm. Overnight accommodation is at a farmstay, bed and breakfast or a guesthouse and dinner is a four-course meal using local ingredients, including matched wine.
