$25 cover charge - guests are welcome to book for lunch before the show, light meals will be available during the show.

Join Bob Berrigan and his band members;

Paul Gallagher - Trumpet and Vocals

David Gosling - Alto and Tenor Saxophones

Chris Thiering - Guitar and Vocals

Scotty Greenaway - Bass Guitar and Upright Bass

Don Sleishman - Drums and Percussion

- along with feature vocalist Mary Camphius - fresh off the set of the wonderful "Taree Arts Council" production of Les Miserables where she played one of the lead characters "Fantine."

The rest of the band are no strangers to the stage either and this promises to be a very special garden party with superb entertainment not to be missed.

The band will play a variety of genres including favourites by Louis Armstrong, Glen Miller, and Miles Davis. Some more contemporary tunes will join the playlist and there's bound to be a spot of jazz, a hint of Honky Tonk and some Blues in the mix. Join us for some fun whilst we take the stigma out of mental illness.

The concert is in honour of suicide victims and aims to help provide more awareness and support for mental health patients and their carers.

Owner of Bent on Food, Donna Carrier lost her beautiful brother James to suicide in early 2018. Bob Berrigan kindly offered to get a band together for a fundraiser at Bent on Food as this is a social issue that is close to his heart also. Black dog Institute has many programs in place to assist people dealing with mental illness, so both Donna and Bob agreed that it was a worthy charity. In May last year, local youth helped Donna raise almost $1800 for the Black Dog Institute at an open mic night.

Tickets are $25 for the show. Book on 02 6557 0727 or book online here

Food and drinks can be purchased and there will be some fundraising activities included.
