Basque inspired 5 course food and wine night with classical guitarist David Fryatt Saturday 12th Mar

Enjoy a five course meal inspired by the Basque region of Spain prepared by chef Greg Puglisi and matched with superb wines.  Greg is Bent on Food's head chef and has previously owned and operated Poets Corner in Forster and Gerringong. Greg has classic French training with a Sicilian heritage, he is a descendant of the famous Puglisi family who were pioneers of the Australian fishing industry. Greg grew up with fishing in his blood and this dinner is inspired by his family, who, like the people of the Basque region, have fishing in their blood.  This dinner is not only a harvest of the sea, but  a bounty of the land.
