100 Mile Food and Wine Dinner Saturday 3rd May $95 includes 5 courses and matched wines
Join us on the 3rd May for an evening of local food and wine. Head Chef Nick Samaras and team will create a wonderful 5 course dinner all matched with local wines.
At this dinner you will experience good food that has been lovingly prepared using the freshest local produce available. Nick loves to cook with local produce and shares the Bent on Food philosophy of local is always best.
Nick Samaras started his passionate food affair in the Hunter Valley training under some of the highly regarded traditional Head Chef’s including French Chef Robert Molines who’s training was tough but rewarding. His career has seen him travel the East Coast including Hayman Resort and managing a 5star Eco Boutique Resort; where he has experimented and developed his own Modernist Australian cuisine.
Owner Donna Carrier will utilise her wine background and match each course with the perfect local wine. Donna has worked in sales, marketing and public relations for companies such as Brown Brothers, Yalumba, Cassegrain and Vintage Cellars along with a number of smaller wineries. She holds an Associate Diploma in Wine Marketing from the esteemed Roseworthy Agricultural College.
